John Wills Studios, Inc. was founded and dedicated to the idea of matching our artistic abilities to our unique process of hand-cast marble and granite etchings. It is a rare privilege to be able to provide our artwork to help recognize people who have strived for success and part of the recognition of that success is a piece of our work.
All of our art work is hand-drawn with a process known as stipling, which when etched into our marble pieces creates a dimensional quality not available in other mediums.
In this age of generic and replicable generated images we are very proud to continue to offer our old world craftsmanship to the modern world. We would like to thank you very much for taking the time to visit our site and learn about what we have to offer.

All of our products are made custom to you. You may select the same background as a previous design or upload a background image of your own. For an additional cost you may add your own portraits and logos to any project.
How can I return an item?

Because most projects custom orpersonalized we have a no return policy if you decide that you don’t like the item. When you approve the final mock up you cannot change anything and the only thing you can do is make sure that the item has a defect you may be sent another one after submitting the picture of the defected item. Then we will send you another one. Any other questions regarding your project you can call customer service.

How long does my project take to build before it ships?

Its takes roughly 2 weeks to finish a project, but this can vary on the scale of the project and the customization. Custom artwork or waiting on personalized objects from the customer could greatly effect the turn around time of a project. So 2 weeks with a small scale project and up to 6 weeks or more on really big custom projects.

You will be in contact with one of our sales associates. Because custom projects are very customizable and made to order, you will be in constant contact with our team and we will have to manually invoice the customer after our proposal has been sent out.
